Partnerships in HR Will Create Great Communities

The new generation of Human Resources (HR) will be driven by collaboration and creating partnerships to share knowledge with others. This approach is being utilized by Strat-Board, which is developing a network of HR professionals to work on real “people issues”. At Strat-Board, we have developed a system for HR professionals called the HR Insights Platform. This platform provides tools for HR professionals to access up-to-date information from experts in the field. Using these resources allows companies to stay on top of the rapidly changing trends within their workforce.

The Strat-Board Affiliate Program, as well as the Strat-Board Partner Community allows HR professionals to share their expertise and provide value to companies, particularly small and start-up businesses. The TalentRep and MEx Programs offer solutions that help reconstruct the way we think about HR in relation to acquiring talent and ensuring mindfulness within the workplace.

By working directly with HR specialists, including advisers on ESOPs and compliance, the Strat-Board helps close the gap between business needs and HR capabilities. And, more than just being a platform for professionals, the Strat-Board community is developing a collective idea of what the future of work looks like and how we can achieve it.
